• Adhere to health, safety and security procedures of the Client and Company.
Deal with emergency situations in accordance with Company and Client policies and procedures.

• Report and record all near misses, injuries, provide feedback to management regarding hazards in the workplace and any other health, safety and security issues which may have impact on Company business
• Develop and adhere to Job Safety Analysis (JSA’s) in regards to all potentially hazardous tasks

• Responsible to establish, implement and maintain procedures for HSE hazard identification, risk assessment and determination of necessary controls.
• Responsible to establish monitor and measure QHSE objectives and Programs and performances.
• Responsible to evaluate QHSE compliance.
• Responsible to investigate and analyze incident and take corrective and preventive action.
• Responsible to provide QHSE related input to the management review meetings.
• Responsible to implement Emergency Preparedness and response Plan.
• Responsible to train employees in QHSE topics: ensure that QHSE relates subject materials are sent to the all supervisory level of the team on regularly basis.
• Responsible to provide HSE induction training for new hire employee to the site.
• Communicate and actively participates with QHSE team at project in the client project to achieve HSE objectives “Zero HSE incidents”, ensuring that all applicable internal and external reporting requirements are performed accurately and in timely manner;
• Provide QHSE briefing and training sessions as appropriate to fulfill client requirements
• and foster a safe working environment; performs accident investigations to determine probable cause.
• Monitor the site reports on all QHSE inspections conducted for the site levels.
• Establishing and monitoring regular contact with the client for the QHSE requirements and quickly able to respond to any possible complaints.
• Oversee Behavior based Safety Programs with in the project.
• Empathizes the Empowerment to Stop work practices across the project.
• Assist and responsible to develop HRA and any other project related documents and procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by HSE Manager and as per the work needed.
• Assist with the development of promoting “western” best-practice standards, methodologies, interventions and techniques.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with site’s Food Safety program through internal auditing and reporting deficiencies to Managers/Supervisors’ along with HSE manager.
• Ensure the development of the quality culture on site to increase employee awareness to factors that may compromise food safety through guidance and training.
• Provide technical guidance and support to Managers & Personnel.
• Identify and define training needs, analyzing both individual and team needs.
• Ensure the follow up action for Corrective Actions and Preventative Actions are carried out and recorded.
• Assist HSSE Manager and Hygiene officer in the development of improvements to the Integrated Quality Management Systems, including the Audit/Inspection criteria.
• Ensure the delivery of ‘Tool Box Talks’ training is carried out by Supervisors and Managers and maintain all supporting evidence.
• Ensure the co-ordination and delivery of Induction Training of new Employees.
• Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of training and QHSE Auditing, instituting formal procedures and any changes required.
• Other related duties as may be required to provide line management with the support needed to equip Renaissance employees with the skills and competencies to meet both current and future business needs/opportunities.
• Any other role as deemed within the capabilities of the individual to support the effective operation of Renaissance.
